The event will take place at the historic Barn Theater at CCBC-Catonsville
800 S. Rolling Rd. Catonsville MD 21228. Our location is 10 minutes (about 7 miles) from BWI Airport which has the best close hotels and an Amtrak station with light rail to downtown Baltimore. Southwest and Airtran have low fares.
Two minutes west of Baltimore Beltway (I-695) exit 13 and five minutes NE of I-95.

Below are the two hotels that are closest to the event (less than 2.5 miles) and are reasonably priced. We have an arrangement with both of these hotels, so please mention the Baltimore Tango Festival when making a reservation. Since there is no public transportation, we recommend that you rent a car if you are planning to arrive by air. The hotels are located about 11 miles from the BWI airport and an Amtrak station.

Dining in the nearby town of Catonsville requires a car but can be really great with amazing crabcakes, burgers and fab tavern food at Jennings, 808 Frederick Rd., Catonsville MD 21228, 410-744-3824, tell Peggy Marty sent you. Nothing healthy. It's very busy Friday and Saturday night, call Peggy for a reservation, we'll try to get a big 7:30 table both nights.

Steamed crabs you crack open messily and eat outside is at Ship's Cafe, a plan pub, nothing else is good but the bar side is cute, (410) 744-1838 BUT even if you wash, you'll smell like crabs so we advise crabcakes at Jennings and Catonsville Gourmet.
